Gerald McNally

Mr. McNally began handling tax related matters, including tax preparation in 1980 and has expanded into the areas of estate planning, probate, wills and trusts, will contest, real estate litigation, incorporation, business litigation, divorce and family law and debt negotiation. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker. In 2001, Mr. McNally’s firm defeated a million dollar claim against a publicly traded company. The firm won a commercial real estate case concerning a multi-million office building in 2005. Mr. McNally has successfully handled a number of will contests. Mr. Hearst received his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and his law degree from Western State University, College of Law.

During his 23 years of active practice, he has extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate, to include landlord tenant lease preparation and review, evictions, land purchase and sale agreements, eminent domain hearings, partition, and adversary proceedings.

His family law experience has run the gauntlet from complex financial litigation and contested custody and visitation cases, serving as court appointed attorney for minors in child custody/visitation disputes and for indigent defendants in contempt hearings.
